Nice Association for Service Education and Relief (NASER) is a non-government, charitable, social service organisation, formed by a group of likeminded, elite professionals, and academicians from various segments of society. NASER was founded with the idea to serve the community in the field of service, education and relief. NASER is a professionally managed NGO, registered with the MP Government. The main inspiration to form the organization was a very glorified personality, Prof. Mehboob-ur-Rahman, who dedicated his life in the service, welfare, and upliftment of the poor and downtrodden. He was a great educationist and always worked for the educational upliftment of the poor so as they can be self-reliable and lead a respected life. Dr. Talat Khan is a Family Physician & a Community & Social-activist. Though from India, she has lived in Toronto, Montreal, & Halifax in Canada since 1975, as well as in Chicago & san Francisco. Now she is in Alta Loma, CA. She has an involvement in Social Activities with social services to every community, in the Women's Shelter, with women's rights, & helping. Prof Hafiz Mehboob - ur - Rehman
The Founder of NASER. He was Professor & Head of the Department of Persian in Hamidia College, Bhopal (1948 - 1972). He was President of Rowing Club at Hamidia College, Bhopal (1955 - 1972). He was Become Hafiz - E - Quran at the Age of 10yrs & Conducted Taraweh Prayer at Masajid during Ramadan.
